A division bench of Justice Sheel Nagu and Justice Virendra Singh has directed the state government and the Public Service Commission to submit their reply within a week after the preliminary hearing in the case on Monday. In which the court was told on behalf of the applicants that the General Administration Department 113 By issuing a circular on September 22 in all the departments 22 Instructions have been given to fill 100 percent posts. The said circular 113 September Articles of the Constitution And 14 State Service Recruitment Examination Rules 2019 and Rule 4 of the Reservation Act and order of the High Court dated 7th April 20 The advocate clearly told before the court that if the government do not want to give percent reservation, so by taking the middle way percent and disputed 20 Unconstitutional game of percentage is being played. In pursuance of the said circular of the Government, the PSC has conducted the preliminary examination 2019 and 2019 has released the result in two parts. Total in Part-A of 2019 Candidates have been selected. In which OBC only 14 percent reservation benefits Out of all the categories, percent candidates were selected for the main examination. and in Part-B 14 percent OBC and 22 percent of unreserved total 4002 Selected candidates have been provisionally selected. That is, on total 506 percent candidates have been selected for the main examination. Ditto in Part-A 6509 and in Part-B 4002 Candidates have been selected. Meritorious students of reserved category have not been given place in the provisional section. In the said selection, the commission has violated the decisions of the Supreme Court by implementing communal reservation. Provisional part candidates will be selected in the next stage of examination against percent posts Unconstitutional provision has also been made for not being done. Taking the above arguments seriously, the High Court has summoned the State Government, General Administration Department, Public Service Commission to reply within a week. Advocates Rameshwar Singh Thakur, Vinayak Shah and Roop Singh Maravi, Anjani Kumar Kori appeared on behalf of the petitioners. ,
