The reason is that he had ordered veg pulao and was served non-veg biryani, while till date he has not even eaten an egg. Akash Dubey, a resident of Shalimar Township, had gone to have lunch at Alba restaurant. He ordered veg pulao. After some time the order was served on the table. Akash started eating it. Then he saw a bone in the plate, while he is a vegetarian. After seeing non-veg in the plate, Akash complained to the restaurant operator. Then they started pressing the matter. Akash has given a written complaint to the police. He said that he does not eat non-veg. He hasn’t even eaten the eggs. Bones were served in the veg food he ordered. Police has registered a case against hotel operator Swapnil Gujarati under section . Akash said that when he complained to the restaurant management, their attitude was irresponsible. They were not even ready to accept their mistake. After this I decided to lodge a complaint in the police station. As proof, Akash also took out photos and videos of the ordered Biryani and told the police officers. ,
