Four people gang-raped a blind woman in Unhel police station area of the district. The case of this gangrape was registered at the Unhel police station after three days when the woman’s son came home from Pune and told the whole thing to the police after reaching the police station. Unhel police station in-charge Ashok Sharma told that the resident of village Lasudichoghad 40 Four people of the village have executed the incident of gang rape with a blind woman. It is alleged that June 2022 four youths of the village, Ankit, Krishna Singh, Karthik, and Nilesh Bhanmata gang-raped her when the said woman had come out of the house for a minor suspicion during the night. Only then these four accused gang-raped the woman and fled. The woman lives alone in the village and her son lives in Pune. The woman informed the boy about the incident. The boy reached them and brought the woman to the police station. On Friday, a case of gang rape has been registered against the four accused in this case. Station in-charge Ashok Sharma said that all the accused in the incident are absconding. ,
