After this, the then in-charge Chief Municipal Officer Vikas Chandra Mishra, the then Deputy Engineer Sandi Singh Urati and Ajit Rao, convicted in this case, have been dismissed from service. Along with this, instructions have also been given to recover the amount of financial loss from them. The minister said that irregularities will not be tolerated at any level. The Minister told that after departmental inquiry against the then Chief Municipal Officer Jaideep Dipankar, the then Executive Engineer Rakesh Tiwari Long-penalty has been decided. Their case is being sent to Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission for consultation. The total amount of economic damage caused to the bodies due to the actions of the then in-charge Chief Municipal Officer Vikas Chandra Mishra and the then deputy engineer Sandeep Uraiti was 2 crores Proportionate amount will be recovered out of lakhs. Also, the total amount of financial loss from Sub Engineer Rawat Pro-rata amount out of lakh will be recovered.
