Air Marshal Anil Chopra, Retired Director General, Center for Air Power Studies told that- theatreisation, operational readiness and self-reliance of the armed forces are the most important issues for the armed forces at the moment. We can expect progress in all these areas because PM Modi himself is giving instructions to strengthen the armed forces. Those attending the conference include Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, the Chief of Defense Staff, the three service chiefs and top commanders of the armed forces.
