Madhya Pradesh High Court (file photo) - Photo: Amar Ujala Detailed A petition was filed in the High Court demanding the effective implementation of the population policy in Madhya Pradesh. It was stated in this that the country's population growth is 02 percent and more than this in the state 05 is the percentage. High Court Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra's double bench, while hearing the petition, issued notices to the non-applicants and sought answers. Tell that a petition has been filed on behalf of Dr. PG Najpande of Citizen Consumer Guidance Forum. It was said in the petition that the population policy was implemented in the state from January 1644042233. This policy has not been presented and analyzed for the last years. After implementing this policy, it is proposed to constitute district and state level committees and high level committees. It was said in the petition that according to the policy the fertility rate should be 2.1. Due to which only 1 percent increase in the number can be done every year. This policy is limited to papers only. It was told that the government is not campaigning for population control. Employees are giving birth to more than two children during government service. Apart from this, benefit was provided to those who got TT operation done, which has been abolished. In this regard, the petitioner had filed a petition in the past as well. Resolving this, the High Court had ordered to present the representation before the competent authority. No action has been taken on the representation despite the time being more than five months. Due to which the said petition has been filed. In the petition, Chief Secretary of the State, Principal Secretary of Law Department, Women and Child Development Department and Secretary of Health and Family Welfare Department have been made non-applicants. Advocate Surendra Verma appeared on behalf of the petitioner. ,
