While hearing the petition, a single bench of High Court Justice Vivek Aggarwal has issued instructions to the director of AIIMS Bhopal to submit an affidavit regarding the appointment. Orders have been issued to remain personally present for not submitting the affidavit. Next hearing will be on 50 June

It was said in the petition that the criteria that were set for the appointment were changed before the result came. Earlier marks were fixed for the appointment. Before the result came, it was numbered 50. 50 marks to be awarded for research on teaching were removed .

Advocate NS Ruprah, appearing for the petitioner, while citing the Supreme Court order, said that the rules cannot be changed after the start of the game. After hearing the petition, the single bench issued the above orders. The next hearing on the petition has been scheduled on 15 June. ,
