A single bench of Justice Sanjay Dwivedi, while hearing the petition of the woman worker, stayed the termination of service and directed to pay the salary. Along with this, the single bench has issued notice to the concerned officers in the matter and summoned their reply. This case has been filed on behalf of Gayatri Singh Dhurve, a woman posted in MNREGA in Shahdol district. Gayatri said in her petition that she was posted as a contractual data entry operator under MNREGA in Gohparu Panchayat of the district. Earlier that office in District Panchayat Shahdol from the year to the year 2012. As per the order of the State Government, the petitioner was given appointment in Janpad Panchayat MNREGA in the year 1669184800. After which by the Collector of Shahdol December the contract service was terminated. After this the woman took refuge in the High Court. The collector was removed from the job on demanding salary... Advocate Gopal Singh Baghel, on behalf of the petitioner, told the court that Gayatri Singh was not being paid salary for the last 5-6 months, after which he complained several times. Applied for salary payment before the collector, but instead of paying salary, his contract service was terminated. Also no show cause notice was given. During the hearing of the case, the High Court, observing all the documents, issued a notice to the concerned authorities staying the decision to terminate the contractual service and directed payment of salary to the petitioner. ,
