Ayushman Yojana – Photo: Amar Ujala Expansion Health Directorate accused of recovery of crores in fraud of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ambitious Ayushman Bharat scheme Assistant Grade-3 employee Ashish Mahajan has been suspended. Questions are being raised by this action of the department. It is being described as an action to save corrupt senior officers by taking action against a small employee in a multi-crore scam. Orders have been issued by the Directorate of Health to suspend the Assistant Grade-3 employee. This order has been issued by the Deputy Director Health Services. Ashish Mahajan was posted as a clerk in Madhya Pradesh Ayushman Nirayam. According to the order, a complaint has been received against him regarding brokerage, dealing with vendors, extortion of crores of rupees by threatening private hospitals. As per the order, keeping in view the seriousness of the allegations against Ashish Mahajan, he has been suspended. This is the first action in the Ayushman scheme. A case of crores of rupees scam had come to the fore in the Ayushman Yojana in the state. In this, cases of taking payment under the scheme by making fake patients of many private hospitals had come to the fore. Action was taken on some private hospitals in this matter, but no action has been taken on the officers of Ayushman Yojana. There is a continuous demand for action regarding this. Recently a video of taking bribe for payment to a private hospital in the name of an officer also went viral on social media. For whose investigation a committee has been constituted. However, no report has come in the matter yet. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was also complained to investigate the scam in Ayushman Yojana for not taking action by the senior officials of the Health Department. In this, it was alleged that the budget of crores of rupees received by the Center in the Ayushman Yojana is being paid by the officials as per the rules. Corruption is being done on a large scale in this. Explain that Ayushman Yojana provides health coverage in any hospital up to five lakh rupees per year to the eligible family. ,
