on behalf of the Congress party According to the list released from, Vincent Pala has been made the candidate from Sutanga Saipung assembly seat. Besides him, Richard Lyngdoh from Ralliang, Manuel Badwar from East Shillong, Antonius Lyngdoh from North Shillong and many other leaders have been nominated.
