Meghalaya Election : Prime Minister to be held in Tura, Meghalaya BJP has not got permission for Narendra Modi’s rally. The government has said that work is going on at the place where BJP is seeking permission to hold the rally. On the other hand, the Bharatiya Janata Party has alleged that the government is scared of the BJP, due to which it is not allowing the rally in Tura.

The stadium was not ready then how was it inaugurated?

Talking to news agency ANI, State BJP National Secretary Rituraj Sinha said that we had sought permission for the PA Sangma Stadium to hold PM Modi’s rally, but we are being told that the stadium is under construction. Inauguration of the stadium December, 2022 was done by CM Sangma. He questioned that if the stadium was not ready then how was it inaugurated.

Rituraj Sinha said that it seems that the opposition parties are scared of the Modi wave here. BJP has said that the people of Meghalaya want PM Narendra Modi to come to Meghalaya, so definitely the Prime Minister will come here and will also address the people. It is notable that the BJP Had applied for PA Sangma Stadium for Prime Minister’s rally in Tura on February. Let us inform that the stadium is currently under the administrative control of the state government.

People in Meghalaya are poor, politicians are rich

BJP leader Rituraj Sinha further said that there are many poor people in Meghalaya, but the politicians are rich. This is happening largely because of corruption. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has promised that if the BJP comes to power, there will be a case-by-case investigation, which will be headed by a retired Supreme Court judge, and all the corrupt will be sent to jail.
