The activities of the people associated with Hizb-ut-Tahrir were being monitored by the investigative agencies for three months. For about nine months the activities of its members had increased in the state. Its leaders were engaged in connecting the youth with the organization. This organization is also said to have a strong network in Pakistan and Bangladesh.
