In the Rajya Sabha, Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar said that he has received 267 notices for discussion through an adjournment motion under rule . As soon as he started mentioning that notices have been received from Mallikarjun Kharge, John Brittas, Eddie Singh. In the House, Trinamool Congress leader Derek O’Brien objected and asked the Speaker to mention to which party these members belong. Dhankhar asked Derek to sit on the seat, but he kept talking. Derek said, just like you have named the members of BJP, mention the group of other notice givers as well. To this the Chairman said, Mr. Derek, you are challenging the chair.
