After the incident of violence in Manipur in the past, the situation in the state has not yet returned to normal. Here Union Home Minister Amit Shah has made a special appeal to the people of Manipur by tweeting after returning from the four-day tour. He tweeted and wrote, My humble appeal to the people is to remove the barriers on the Imphal-Dimapur, NH-2 highway, so that food, medicines, petrol/diesel and other essential commodities can reach the people. I also request that civil society organizations take necessary steps to build a consensus. The Union Home Minister further said in the tweet that only together we can restore normalcy in this beautiful state. ,
