Outrage from Parliament to Court over the incident

After the incident of two women being paraded naked in a village in Manipur in the month of May, the whole country is in anger. People are demanding the harshest punishment for the accused. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that 140 crore countrymen are being embarrassed by this incident. At the same time, the Supreme Court has called it “completely unacceptable”.
