The names of Kaderbakhsh Umetan, Ismail Sabzal, Amanullah Musa, Allabakhsh Hattar, Goharbakhsh Dilmurad, Anmal Pullan, Gulmohammed Hatir, Andamel Boher, Abdulgani Jangli and Abdulhakim Dilgurad are included in the FIR. All of them are residents of Balochistan in Pakistan. The Central Government had received information about the registration of an FIR in the matter at the Anti-Terrorism Squad police station of Gujarat Police on December last year. Keeping in view the seriousness of the crime, serious security implications and its national and international linkages, the Counter Terrorism and Counter Radicalization Division of the Ministry of Home Affairs ordered the NIA to take over the case on March 6 this year.
