Petitioner Prabhat Sharma told that the shops in front of Mahakaleshwar temple were removed at the time of acquisition by the administration, assured at that time It was said that whenever shops will be built in Mahakal Lok, those whose shops have been removed will be given shops at cost price. But it came to know through newspapers that the administration is auctioning the shops. In such a situation, the shopkeepers together filed a petition in the High Court against the auction process, on which the High Court banned the auction process and granted a stay. According to Prabhat Sharma 414 November shops were removed in which about shopkeepers were affected more than 9 shopkeepers had filed a petition on which the court granted stay. ,
