Driver of Forest Department forced to give false testimony

Ashok Verma said The court said that his client Man Singh (a driver of the forest department) was forced to give false testimony against Panchayat CEO Akshay Singh to falsely implicate him. He said that on the basis of statements of witnesses and material placed on record, the accused were convicted.
