NIA has demanded death sentence for Jammu-Kashmir Liberation Front chief terrorist Yasin Malik. NIA had filed a petition regarding this in the Delhi High Court, in the petition filed, NIA had said that- not giving death penalty to such a dreaded terrorist by the trial court would be fatal for the society. Because, terrorism is a threat to the country and this matter comes under the category of serious crime. An act of terrorism is not a crime against society. Hearing on NIA’s petition took place today.
