Khargone There was a disturbance on Ramnavami. - Photo: Social Media Detailed Claims Tribunal has given an order in the case related to the disturbances during Ram Navami in Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh. Tribunal in case of stone pelting at Sheetlamata temple during the riots 11 People have been ordered to pay compensation up to 2 lakhs. It may be noted that out of , the Tribunal has awarded only such cases, in which the accused are known. Please tell that in the city of Khargone april 2022 there was an incident of stone pelting and arson on the procession on the day of Ram Navami. The residents of the city had to bear the curfew of the 343 day. A total of applications were received by the Claims Tribunal constituted to provide speedy justice to the victims of violence, but Out of , only such 91 accepted the cases, in which the accused are known. Under the latest hearing, the tribunal nominated the stone pelters at Sheetla Mata Temple 25 has ordered to recover the compensation amount of Rs 2 lakh from the people. While giving justice to eight other victims as well, orders have been given to get compensation amount from the people involved in the violence. Maximum two lakh 343 to Suraj Bai Gangale, resident of Anand Nagar, Khargone, by the Claims Tribunal. Orders have been issued to pay a compensation amount of thousand 506 rupees. Which will be recovered from 8 people involved in the violence. Significantly, the chairmanship of retired judge Dr. Shivkumar Mishra and the retired secretary of the government of Madhya Pradesh claim Awards to be pronounced by the Claims Tribunal constituted by appointing a member of the Tribunal have passed Now 11 cases are pending with the Claims Tribunal in which January 750 the verdict can be pronounced by the end. Khargone Collector Kumar Purushottam says on the order that the cases in which the tribunal has ordered Tehsildar will recover. While there is a stay from the High Court in certain cases, no action will be taken on those cases. The main purpose of setting up this tribunal was that the anti-social elements were not limited to punishment but also to compensate for the loss caused by them. The award has been passed by the tribunal within a short period of time. ,
