Among the pagodas, the Rajarajeshwar temple here is the center of deep reverence for thousands of devotees. The tomb of the great Pratapi Emperor Sahastrarjuna is lit by eleven unbroken lamps in this pagoda for centuries. These lamps, which shine brightly with pure ghee, provide longevity and fame and health by sight. Probably this is the only pagoda in the country. A silver snake adorns the Shivling installed in the temple. The ancient Shivling has also become silver plated. Shiva Panchayatan in the temple premises is beautiful in the form of a temple. Lord Sahastrarjuna’s Sapatnik Purti is enshrined in Ashtadhatu, which is constructed in Dakshinatya style. Along with the idols of Shri Ganesh ji, Adyashakti Jagadamba, there is also a picture of Gurudev Datta Bhagwan of Samrat Sahastrabahu. This construction thousands of years ago says the divinity and grandeur of the Shivalaya. Of Queen Ahilya ji had got the renovation done. Vedic voices of learned Brahmins resound here continuously. महंत चेतन गिरी ने कहा, श्री राजराजेश्वर मंदिर महेश्वर में सेवा करते हुए आठवीं पीढ़ी में हूं। हमारे पूर्वज प्रथम श्री सुजान गिरी गोस्वामी ने राजराजेश्वर श्री राजराजेश्वर मंदिर का जीर्णोद्धार किया था। यहां पर सदियों से शुद्ध घी के अखंड 11 दीपक अनवरत जल रहे हैं। यहां पर शिवलिंग पर तुलसी भी चढ़ाई जाती है। इस मंदिर में दीपक पत्थर के बने हुए हैं, जो दीवार में लगे हुए हैं। यह मंदिर का आरती वीर सहस्त्रार्जुन का है, जो कि त्रेता युग में हुए थे।

भगवान कार्तिकेय सहस्त्रार्जुन सुदर्शन चक्र के अवतार थे। दीपक जलाने से भगवान कार्तिक वीर्य सहस्त्रार्जुन प्रसन्न होते हैं। इसलिए यह 11 दीपक यहां पर अनवरत जल रहे हैं। मंत्र महोदधि नामक पुस्तक में लिखा है, सहस्त्रार्जुन भगवान को दीपक प्रिय है। इसलिए यह 11 अखंड ज्योति जल रही है। इन्होंने रावण को युद्ध में जीत कर यहां पर कैद करके रखा था।

ऐसा कहा जाता है कि शाम के समय रावण को बाहर निकाल कर उसके 10 मुख पर 10 दीपक जलाए जाते थे और एक हाथ में रखा जाता था। इसलिए बताते हैं कि यह 11 दीपक जल रहे हैं। हमारे पूर्वज सुजानगढ़ बाबा ने जब इस मंदिर का निर्माण किया, तब वह मजदूरी के रूप में मजदूरों को एक नीम की गाड़ Mr used to give.
