Tractor-trolley seized – Photo: Amar Ujala Expansion In Katni, NKJ police have seized six tractor-trolleys including two JCB machines while once again carrying out major action on illegal mining of Murom. The entire action was executed under the leadership of Katni Superintendent of Police Abhijit Ranjan. Here, NKJ station in-charge Siddharth Rai along with the police force raided Radheshyam Tiwari’s farm adjacent to Juhla bypass and caught vehicles involved in illegal mining of Muram and made them stand in the police station premises. NKJ police station in-charge Siddharth Rai told that information was received from the informer that some people behind Raghav Regency had illegal construction of Muram. Mining is being done. Giving this information to SP Abhijeet Kumar Ranjan, along with the police force raided the spot. Six tractor-trolleys including two JCBs were found while mining here. On interrogation of the police, the accused told that they were working to overturn the under-construction warehouse of Prasanna Bajaj by mining Muram. On the information of the police, Mineral Inspector Pawan Kushwaha also reached the place of action. Here he told that the Panchnama of the excavation area has been made. An FIR will be lodged under the Mineral Act against a total of nine people, including vehicle owner, land owner, involved in illegal mining, in which a fine of about two lakh rupees is to be imposed. ,
