According to Lokayukta DSP Dilip Jharpade, Secretary Brajesh Gautam has been made the main accused and Deputy Sarpanch Kuldeep Tiwari as co-accused. A case has been registered against them under the Corruption Act. DSP Dilip Jharbade, TI Manju Tirkey and TI Swapnil Das and other members of the trap team were involved during the action.
