Karnataka Election : Karnataka In India, senior leader of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Govind Karjol has made a big allegation on Congress today i.e. on Monday (May 1). Karjol said that the Congress is running a propaganda campaign among the scheduled castes regarding the internal reservation announced by the state government. Apart from this, he has accused the Congress of inciting even small communities like Banjara and Korma. These communities are considered to be big supporters of BJP.
Reservation has increased: On the other hand, Karnataka’s Irrigation Minister Karjol said that no injustice has been done to him. Rather, there has been an increase in reservation for the Banjara community, but the Congress is running a propaganda campaign and inciting people. The state government has recently introduced reservation for scheduled castes increased by percent 15 percent and 15 Internal reservation was announced on March. But smaller Scheduled Caste groups like Banjaras and Bhowis are angry about the internal reservation as their quota has been limited to 4.5 per cent.
Vote will not be affected- Karjol: On the other hand, when asked about the impact of this decision on the elections, Karjol said, they should understand that the government Reservation for Banjara, Bhovi and other small groups of Scheduled Castes has been increased from 3 percent to 4.5 percent. Targeting the Congress, he said that while in power, it had planned to remove these castes from the list of Scheduled Castes and today it is misleading the people on this issue. Karjol said, our government has not done any injustice to these people. There will be no effect and SC and ST people will vote for us.
Reservations are divided into four groups: He also said that 15 Percentage reservation is divided into four groups on the basis of population. Karjol has said that this is his last election. He believes that leaving the party of senior party leaders Jagdish Shettar and Laxman Savadi will not affect the election. He also said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rallies in the state will strengthen the party.
