Congress fielded Siddaramaiah from Varuna

Party in first list Siddaramaiah has been fielded from Varuna constituency in Mysuru district, after which the Leader of Opposition in the state assembly expressed his intention to contest from Kolar seat as well, on which the high command has to decide. Siddaramaiah said that his son and sitting Congress MLA from Varuna Yathindra Siddaramaiah would handle his campaign in the constituency while he would tour the state campaigning for the party.
