Model Code of Conduct comes into force in Karnataka from today

Karnataka assembly election date to be announced Along with this, the model code of conduct has been implemented in the state. Announcing the Karnataka Assembly Elections, Chief Election Commissioner of India, Rajeev Kumar said, Karnataka has 282,866 polling booths out of which 20,866 are urban centres. Out of these % polling stations i.e. at 50, 50 Webcasting will be done.
