According to the second list of candidates released by the Congress for the Karnataka Assembly elections on Thursday , Balasaheb Patil from Kittur, Bhimsen Chimannakatti from Badami, M.Y. from Afzalpur Patil, Allammaprabhu Patil from Gulbarga South, Iqbal Ansari from Gangavati has been given ticket. The party’s second list of candidates has 42 names, however, the Melukote assembly seat has been left for Darshan Puttannaiah of the Sarvodaya Karnataka Party.
