The police registered a case against Ankush Khanna under sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) 182, 182, 182 and 120 Case was registered u/s. The police had earlier arrested Deepak Khanna (25, Amit Khanna (), Krishna (27), Mithun (25) and Manoj Mittal were arrested. Later, Ashutosh and Ankush Khanna were arrested.
