A bench comprising Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justices V Ramasubramanian and JB Pardiwala said such a move was “extremely dangerous” and was likely to be misused. The Supreme Court said that it would be extremely dangerous. The mates of these coaching classes will get the answer sheets. Think whatever you want, we cannot provide answer sheets. The bench said that we are not inclined to consider the Special Leave Petition under Article of the Constitution. The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed. The apex court was hearing a petition filed by NGO Advocate Union for Democracy and Social Justice. The petition sought directions for uploading the answer sheets of the District Judiciary Examination and adopting a transparent process in the recruitment of judicial officers. The petition states that the selection process for the appointment of civil judges and additional district judges in subordinate courts should be made more transparent. And it should be fair. ,
