An encounter between terrorists and security forces started this morning in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir. A police officer gave this information. He told that after receiving specific information about the presence of terrorists in Mitrigam, Pulwama of South Kashmir, the security forces cordoned off the area and started a search operation. According to the official, the search operation turned into an encounter when the terrorists opened fire on the security forces. The security forces are also giving a befitting reply to the firing of the terrorists.
