Regarding the blast, an official said that the first blast took place at 10.45 in the morning, around which 15 Minutes later there was another explosion. He said that the entire area has been cordoned off and the search operation is on. Jaswinder Singh, an eyewitness, said that the first blast occurred in a vehicle which had been sent to the workshop for repair. According to Singh, president of the Motor Spare Parts Association, 15 minutes later, another explosion occurred nearby, scattering the debris of motor vehicle parts and garbage in the area. He said that five people were injured in the first blast, while two people were injured in the second blast.
