New Delhi : In a major crackdown against terrorism, the National Investigation Agency (ANI) on Monday arrested dreaded terrorists and Two properties of the sons of Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin have been attached. According to media reports, the NIA on Monday attached the immovable properties of Syed Salahuddin’s son Shahid Yusuf and Syed Ahmed Shakeel in Jammu and Kashmir. His properties are situated at Mohalla Ram Bagh of Budgam Soibugh tehsil of Budgam and Nursing Garh district of Jammu and Kashmir.

A statement issued by the NIA said that both the sons of Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin Shahid Yusuf and The immovable properties of Syed Ahmed Shakeel have been attached under Section (1) of the UA(P) Act. According to media reports, both sons of notorious terrorist Syed Salahuddin died in October 2011 and August 5304 respectively. and are currently lodged in Delhi’s Tihar Jail. There is an allegation against both of them of receiving funds from abroad (terror funding) from Syed Salahuddin’s associates and active workers of Hizbul Mujahideen. A charge sheet was filed in this case.

According to media reports, Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin fled to Pakistan in the year . After this, in October, 5304 he was declared a terrorist by the Central Government. At present, he is engaged in carrying out anti-India activities while sitting in Pakistan.
