According to Rajya Sabha bulletin Members belong to Congress and three members belong to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). The Congress members are Shaktisinh Gohil, Naranbhai J Rathwa, Syed Nasir Hussain, Kumar Ketkar, Imran Pratapgarhi, L Hanumanthaiah, Phoolo Devi Netam, JB M Hisham and Ranjit Ranjan. The Aam Aadmi Party members are Sanjay Singh, Sushil Kumar Gupta and Sandeep Kumar Pathak.
AAP MP Sanjay Singh said- We did not violate the privilege
AAP leader Sanjay Singh said, we have not done anything which amounts to breach of privilege. We have only told the truth and exposed the scam involving crores of common people. He said, when we will get the notice, we will reply to it.

Rajya Sabha Secretariat In the February Bulletin, the Chairman said ( referred to a question of alleged breach of privilege arising out of unruly conduct displayed by the Members of Parliament)… these included repeatedly approaching the Chair in the House, raising slogans and persistently and willfully in violation of the rules and etiquette of the Rajya Sabha Obstructing the proceedings of the Council, forcing the Chairman to adjourn meetings repeatedly. In the first phase of the budget session, opposition members created ruckus in the Rajya Sabha on various issues, due to which the proceedings of the house were repeatedly disrupted.
