High Court Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra have said in their order that the petitioner is trying to blackmail the non-applicants by misusing the legal provisions. The Jugal Peeth has sought response from the petitioner in this regard while giving its opinion to dismiss the said petition with cost of ten lakh rupees. The petition filed on behalf of the petitioner challenged the allotment of mining lease in Khandwa district. During the hearing of the petition, the Division Bench found that the petition was filed in connection with allotment of lease of the said land for mining in the year During the hearing of the petition, the High Court found that it had other legal provisions against the allotment of the lease. After which the High Court dismissed the said appeal. Thereafter the petitioner challenged the allotment of patta against the concerned officer. After the application was rejected, the petitioner also filed an appeal. After the appeal was dismissed, the petitioner again came to the High Court on the same issue. Taking this seriously, the Jugal Peeth issued the said order. The Division Bench granted one week's time to the petitioner to present its case. ,
