The court imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 on the accused and ordered compensation of Rs 2 lakh to the victim. On behalf of the prosecution, the court was told that the mother of accused Surendra alias Sonu Patel was living in a rented house under Madan Mahal police station. Used to live His son used to come often to meet his mother. Accused 22 December had come to visit his mother. The minor daughter of the landlord was alone at home at that time. The accused tempted him to take him around. On refusing, he started insisting and forced her to sit in an auto and took her to the hills of Ghamapur. The daughter’s missing report was made by the victim’s mother on December 2020 was registered with the police. The Madan Mahal police conducted a medical examination the next day while handing over the victim. The victim told the police in her statement that at night she told the accused that she wanted to go home, but he did not take her back home and sexually assaulted her forcefully. He forbade the accused many times, but he did not agree. Police filed a case under Kidnapping, Misbehavior and POCSO Act and presented the challan before the court. Keeping in view the witnesses and evidence produced during the trial, the court punished the accused with the above punishment.
