Expansion ADJ Court in Jabalpur arrested Sharad Jharia alias Rinku, accused of raping a minor and harassing her by sending obscene videos years imprisonment. The court of ADJ Vivek Kumar has also imposed a fine of five thousand rupees on the accused. The court was told on behalf of the prosecution, the victim had lodged a complaint with the Patan police station gave a written complaint on May 2020 that Sharad Jharia of the same village where she lives has been having a physical-sexual relationship with her for three years. On the basis of the application, a report was written to the effect that the accused is 20 years old. Sharad Jharia of her village has been having physical-sex relations with her for three years when she studied in the school. Now she is married. Stop talking to her for about a year, then Sharad sends photos and videos to her phone from his phone number and on refusing, used to say that I will see how she gets married and used to threaten to kill her. On the complaint, the police registered a case under various sections and presented the challan before the court. After the hearing, the court sentenced the accused Sharad alias Rinku to 20 years imprisonment and fine. Special Public Prosecutor Sandeep Jain appeared on behalf of the government in the matter. ,
