(Indicative picture) - Photo: Social Media Expansion Bhopal resident Pyare Mian, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for misbehaving with girls and getting them aborted, has received a jolt from the High Court. The High Court's double bench of Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra has rejected the appeal regarding the demand to transfer the criminal case pending in Indore to Bhopal. Significantly, in the crime of raping a minor girl and getting her aborted, the Bhopal District Court in March 506 convicted four accused including Pyare Mian. The court sentenced Pyare Mian to life imprisonment. Presently the accused is lodged in Jabalpur Central Jail. A petition was filed in the High Court on his behalf demanding the transfer of the criminal case pending in Indore to Bhopal. It was said in the petition that other cases are also pending against him in Bhopal. The single bench of the High Court had dismissed the said petition. The High Court had said in the order that this cannot be done only for the convenience of the accused. The complainant is a resident of Indore, priority is given to the convenience of the female side. The said appeal was filed against the order of the Single Bench. During the hearing, the double bench justified the order of the single bench. After this, the couple's bench was urged to withdraw the petition. Accepting the request, the couple bench dismissed the petition. ,
