District Judge Yashwant Malviya has punished him with punishment for not paying the amount even after the degree passed by the tribunal. Katni's M/s. S. Ann Sanderson & Company filed a petition in the Arbitration Tribunal. The tribunal had passed an order on August 2018 that Anvekad Rajesh Chandok three crore lakh thousand Pay the petitioner firm the amount of Rs. Rajesh Chandok had filed an appeal in the Delhi High Court against the above order of TIVUNAL. His appeal was dismissed by the Delhi High Court on December , following which the petitioner firm approached the District Court, Jabalpur for execution of the tribunal order. Took refuge During the hearing, the court was told on behalf of Rajesh Chandok that he has a loan from two banks. One is CC limit and the other is housing loan. Apart from the said property, he does not have any property, by selling which he can repay the degree money. After hearing, the court found him guilty and punished him with punishment. ,
