court new - Photo: istock Expansion A public interest litigation was filed in the High Court challenging the registration of the names of private persons in the government records of the land of Marghat and the construction work being done by them. Respondents presented their reply before the High Court's Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra. The petitioner requested for grant of time to file reply to the respondent's rejoinder. Accepting this, the couple bench has fixed the next hearing on the petition after two weeks. In the petition filed on behalf of the petitioner Siddiqui Khan, it has been said that the land of the graveyard located at Jatara in Tikamgarh district is in government records. I was recorded in Marghat. While altering the government records, appellants Mohan Lal Gupta and Gulab Gupta got their names registered. The construction work has started on the graveyard land by the appellants. It was said in the petition that the dead persons of a particular society are buried in the said cemetery located at Jatara. Despite complaining in this regard, the said petition has been filed against the non-action. In the petition, the home department, panchayat department, urban administration and development department, divisional commissioner Sagar, along with other appellants of the state government was created. After the hearing, the couple bench issued the said order and fixed the next hearing after two weeks. Advocate Ahdulla Usmani is appearing for the petitioner. ,
