According to the prosecution, on December 6 2016 in front of City Hospital located at Bhitauni under Police Station Shahpura, accused on Dilip Rajak and Ramu Rajak, Kubbilal Rajak, his Sons Ganesh Rajak, Tikaram Rajak, Parmlal Rajak, Keshu alias Keshav Rajak and Dilip Rajak had attacked with sharp weapons and sticks. Due to this Dilip Rajak died and Ramu Rajak was seriously injured. The ambush was carried out by the accused when the two were returning home.

On receiving the information, the police had registered a case against the accused under other sections including murder. Based on the evidence and witnesses presented during the hearing of the case, the police convicted all the accused and punished them with maximum life imprisonment.
