On whose complaint the Deputy Director of Archeology Department had found illegal construction in the investigation. After which the District Collector was informed on November 7 regarding keeping the temple safe and removing the encroachment. The letter was written to. The said petition has been filed for not taking any action by the collector. Petitioner's advocate Dinesh Upadhyay told the bench that illegal occupation is being done by digging up the island of the temple. Due to this, not only the existence of the said heritage is in danger, but there is also a danger to life and property due to soil subsidence. Madhya Pradesh Government, Collector Jabalpur, Deputy Director Archeology Department and Municipal Commissioner have been made non-applicants in the petition. ,
