Provisional degree of MBBS from MP Medical Science University For A petition has been filed against in the High Court. The petition, filed on behalf of petitioner Yudhveer Singh and eight other doctors, stated that they had got admission in private colleges under the NRI quota.

His MBBS course year 453 and the intership year 453 , after which he applied to the Medical University for a provisional degree. Medical University to issue Provisional Degree Hundred US Dollar i.e. about three lakhs is asking for a fee of thousand rupees. , नियमानुसार प्रोविजनल डिग्री की फीस मात्र 75 रुपये है। याचिका में प्रमुख सचिव व डायरेक्टर मेडिकल एजुकेशन तथा मेडिकल यूनिवर्सिटी को अनावेदक बनाया था। सुनवाई के बाद युगलपीठ ने अनावेदकों को नोटिस जारी कर जवाब मांगा है। याचिकाकर्ता की तरफ से अधिवक्ता आदित्य संघी ने पैरवी की।
