This is the first time in judicial history that full court reference has been done in the entire state. The tribute program was organized in the main bench of the High Court under the chairmanship of Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath. Judges of all district courts of the state including the Gwalior and Indore benches of the High Court participated in the programme. Addressing the tribute meeting, High Court Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath has said that the District Court is the backbone in the judicial process. It is necessary to give importance to the service rendered by them. Retired and working late District Court Judge is anonymous hero. Full court reference will be organized every year in his honor in the state. Chief Justice Malimath in the year 2021 and Paid tribute to the retired and working late 30 judges of the court. Judges of all the district courts of the state including the judges of the bench of Indore and Gwalior High Court were present in the program through video conferencing. High Court judges, district court judges, office bearers of advocate bar associations were present in the program organized in the main hall. This is the first time in the judicial history, when full court reference has been kept in the entire state to pay tribute to the late judges of the District Court. A reference was kept in the entire state at 3.23 o'clock. In the past, to pay tribute to the late District Judges, reference is sometimes kept in the concerned court. High Court Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath has taken the said decision to pay tribute to the late district court judges, considering the district court as an integral part of the judicial system. Earlier, he had decided to address all the courts except the High Court as subordinate courts as District Judiciary or District Court. Madhya Pradesh Judges Association and Principal District and Sessions Judge Indore have welcomed this decision and said that it shows the sensitivity of the Chief Justice of the High Court. He provided an opportunity to remember the late judges who served in the District Court. It is not easy to forget loved ones, this will provide support and courage to the families of the late judges to overcome their despair. ,
