A single bench of High Court Justice MS Bhatti has sought answers by issuing notices to two police station in-charges, including the Superintendent of Police, Jabalpur. Tell that in the petition filed by the petitioner Mausam Pasi, it was said that on his complaint, the Cantt Board The police had registered a case against Health Inspector Abhijeet Parihar under other sections including the ST-SC Act. Due to the clout of the health inspector, the police was not taking any action against him. Against which he filed a petition in the High Court. While hearing the petition, the High Court had given instructions to take fair action within the prescribed time period. In the contempt petition filed, it was said that without taking the statement of the victim and his family, the police presented the report in the court.
