After hearing, the Division Bench dismissed the application filed for recall of the order dismissing the petition. Significantly, in the habeas corpus petition filed by Geeta Tiwari, a resident of Shah Nagar in Panna district, it was said It was that her husband Rajendra Tiwari was posted as constable in the police department. Her husband went missing on March 2022, whose no clue has been found yet. The husband’s missing report was lodged by her with the police on the same day. In the reply presented on behalf of the petitioner, it was told that negligence in duties, disclosure of confidential information and unauthorized absence Owing to reservation orders for departmental inquiry were issued against Rajendra Tiwari in June . He remained absent even during the departmental inquiry. Pump letters were distributed by the police department to search for him and publications regarding his missing were also made in all the districts. After recording the statements of the witnesses, a publication was also made in the Gazette regarding his disappearance. On being found guilty in the departmental enquiry, he was punished with compulsory retirement. His death certificate was issued on September 2022 when there was no clue for seven years. The pension is being availed by the petitioner and his son has also applied for compassionate appointment. ,
