A division bench of Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra issued notices to the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Director Health Services, National Medical Commission, New Delhi, registrar of MP Medical Council and CMHOs of Jabalpur, Bhopal and Chhindwara and sought answers. He informed that quack doctors are running nursing homes and hospitals without degree in the city as well as in the state, especially in the rural areas. Practicing allopathy without any statutory degree or license. Due to such doctors, there can be a big loss to the health of the people. It was told in the petition that the state government is not taking any action in such cases. Such doctors trap people in their trap through misleading advertisements in an illegal way. In the name of cheap, people reach to get treatment from them and become victims of wrong medicines. Many people even have to lose their lives. The petition demanded that the government form a body to identify such doctors and take action against them as per law. ,
