Paramedical college operators had received crores of rupees as scholarship from the government by showing admission to fake students. An inquiry was ordered by the state government regarding the scam. The allegations of scam were found to be true in the investigation. After this, a decision was taken by the government to recover the amount from the said colleges. The state government is not taking any action to recover the amount from the college which is doing scholarship scam. During the last hearing, the couple's bench had observed that despite providing several opportunities, the reply has not been presented by the government. On the request of the government advocate, the couple had given the last time to present the answer. During the hearing on the petition on Monday, the reply was not presented by the government. Expressing displeasure over the government's attitude, the couple has imposed a cost of thousand . Advocate Alok Wagreja appeared on behalf of the petitioner. ,
