Rani Durgavati University – Photo: Amar Ujala Expansion Jabalpur High Court Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra’s couple bench has issued instructions to the Registry to get the notice served on the Secretary of the Bar Council of India after hearing the petition. Rohit Pal, an LLB student at Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, along with other students wrote a letter to the Chief Justice of the High Court in the year 2014, stating That the university does not have other facilities including faculty. Tell that by giving the status of Public Interest Litigation to the letter, the Chief Justice of the High Court had given instructions for the hearing. During the hearing of the petition, the High Court had also issued several directions. During the last hearing, the High Court made a strong remark that it seems that since last 414 year Court is conducting law course. It’s time to end it. How is recognition granted after inspection by the Bar Council of India? The High Court had directed the Secretary of the Bar Council of India to issue a notice making him a non-applicant. No reply was presented by the Bar Council of India during the hearing on the petition on Monday. Senior advocate Naman Nagarath, who was appointed as amicus curiae in the petition, moved an application before the division bench, stating that the university conducts its own recruitment process. About percent posts of faculty are vacant in all the universities of the state. The responsibility of recruitment of these posts should be entrusted to MPPSC. The Jugalpeeth, after hearing, directed the Registry to get the notice served on the Secretary of the Bar Council of India. ,
