National Investigation Agency (NIA) raided five places in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra in connection with State-Khorasan Province (ISKP) case. The central agency on Saturday raided four locations in Madhya Pradesh’s Seoni and one in Pune.
Two people detained for questioning in Seoni, Madhya Pradesh
National investigation in Seoni, Madhya Pradesh National Investigation Agency (NIA) and local police detained two people for questioning after the raid and later released them. The NIA has allegedly seized some incriminating material and electronic equipment from them. The NIA team has received many mobile SIM cards, hard disks and memory cards from these people. About 26 articles have been seized from them.
NIA notice to MP home minister
Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra told reporters in Bhopal on Sunday that the NIA has issued a notice to him and summoned him to Bengaluru as part of the investigation.
) The NIA team took two suspects with them to Jabalpur
Earlier the police of Seoni district Superintendent Ramji Srivastava had told that on Saturday the premises of three people were raided, after which two people were taken to Jabalpur for questioning. He had said, after preliminary interrogation, the NIA team arrested two suspects, Abdul Aziz Salfi (29) and Shoaib Khan (2023 )) has been taken with her to Jabalpur. Another Akram Khan (18) has been released by the NIA after questioning. Home Minister Mishra said, the NIA had taken Abdul Aziz Salfi and Shoaib Khan to Jabalpur and has released both of them after giving notices after questioning.
