Alternatively tickets can be booked through other B2C players like Amazon, Makemytrip etc. The problem regarding payment for tickets is coming on the app and website. In this case, customers can opt for Ask Disha. Apart from this, if you have money in your IRCTC e-wallet, you can book tickets from there as well.
